Picis has released CareSuite^® Extelligence^® OR version 3.0, an out-of-the-box business intelligence (BI) solution designed specifically for analyzing and managing the business performance of the surgical care environment. This software seamlessly integrates with CareSuite OR Manager, Picis' operating room management system, allowing end-users to directly access and interpret the automatically-recorded data during the surgical continuum. Extelligence OR version 3.0 allows the perioperative services team to monitor everything from physician performance to scheduling efficiency in order to help improve time and materials management across the surgical department.

Extelligence OR 3.0 translates the voluminous data produced throughout the surgical care process into actionable business intelligence.
